摘要
环境保护是我国的一项基本国策 ,而且越来越受到广大人民的普遍关注。本文在阐述全面环境管理和清洁化生产的概念和内涵的基础上 ,深入浅出地探讨了清洁化生产与全面环境管理的关系。
Environment protection is a radical national policy in our country and attracts more and more attention. The relationship of total environment management and cleaner production is discussed in detail on the basis of a thorough investigation of their meaning in this paper. Finally, it is proposed that cleaner production is an essential measure for corporations to carry out total environment management.
