摘要
开放式、网络化数控系统适于未来网络动态联盟的企业成组模式 ,研究开发其在机床的适配技术 ,具有重要意义。本研究针对开放数控系统 ,论述了其在机床上的适配方法 ,提出一套分部可调的机床电器配置系统 ,设计完成一台新型数控机床 ,该机床稳定、可靠、低噪音 ,经运用空间误差补偿技术 ,具有 2 .5 μm的运动精度。
Open and network CNC system is more suitable for the future production mode which is known as dynamic net alliance. To study the technology of adaptive such CNC system to machine tools is very important. Aim at the open CNC system, the method of adaptive it to machine and a set of electrical system are presented in this paper. A new type of CNC machine tool has been built which is more stabilization, credibility and has lower noise. After used the technology of error compensation, less than 2.5μm positioning accuracy has been gotten in this machine.
