Manufacturing and Application of Methyl Acetoacetate

摘要 乙酰乙酸甲酯的工业化生产方法是双乙烯酮与甲醇在催化剂存在下进行酯化反应,再经粗分馏、精馏得成品。在我国,乙酰乙酸甲酯的生产能力达1万t/a,实际产量约5000t/a,进口量在5000t/a左右。国内产品质量现已达到国际同类产品水平。本文介绍了国内乙酰乙酸甲酯的主要生产厂家及生产能力,还介绍了β-紫罗兰香酮、异植物醇、6-甲基脲嘧啶等10种乙酰乙酸甲酯的下游产品的生产方法及国内外主要生产厂家。 The commercial method of methyl acetoacetate is esterification of dietene and methanol in the presence of catalyst, then through fractionation and rectification. China's capacity is 10000t/a, while the actual output is about 5000t/a and imports approximately 5000t/a. However, the quality of the domestic product has reached the level of the same kind of product made abroad. 10 applictions of methyl acetoacetate are introduced in this article.
