摘要
剑杆织机的运动机构对提高织机的速度和织布质量起到关键作用。针对对两类织机运动机构实现了参数化模型自动生成和机构运动过程的实时仿真 ,并对运动过程的分析结果实现了同步可视化显示。利用它对运动机构进行了优化设计 ,提高了机构的运动学和动力学特性。
The movement mechanisms of a rapier loom play a key role in increasing loom velocity and improving weaving quality. This paper realizes automatic generation of a parameter model and real-time simulation of the mechanical movement for two type loom, and synchronous visualized displays for any analysis result of the movement process. Using the generated model, we d esigned and analyzed the movement mechanism of the rapier loom, obtained displac ement, velocity and acceleration of the mechanism, and optimized the movement of the mechanism. Then the kinematics and dynamics of the mechanism were improved so that the rapier loom work more reposefully and reliably. Finally, an intuitio nistic, real and reliable method for analysis of the movement mechanism is given ..
