以膨胀机为例建立了稳态条件下轴向温度的线性分布方程 ,并以此为基础讨论由于温度变化分别通过转子热膨胀和传感器温漂对电磁轴承
In this paper, we analyzed how structural desi gn of thrust bearings influence the static precision of an active magnetic beari ngs (AMB) rotor system. We mainly studied the influences of two variables--the temperature of the environment and the heating of thrust bearings. A model for temperature distribution of the rotor was formulated. System static precision af fected by rotor expansion and sensor temperature drift was analyzed in detail. E xperimental results in expansion applications are in good agreement with analyti cal results.
