摘要
阐述了一种新型的炮弹推送装置——往复推送链的结构形式及工作原理 ,对链条与链轮的啮合过程作了详尽的分析 ,并通过仿真证明了正常情况下只有一对轮齿与滚轮啮合 ,为轮齿的强度校核提供了有效的依据。建立了推送链的位移、速度、加速度与链轮转角φ之间的关系曲线 ;并通过控制实际与理论运动轨迹之差
In this paper, the structure and working princ iple of a new mechanism of pushing shell--a kind of reciprocating pushing chai n, is studied. And the engaging process between chain and chain wheel is analy zed in detail. Only a tooth of chain wheel engaging with roll normally supplies an effective evidence for us to calculate strength of teeth of chain wheel. Rela tion curve is obtained between displacement, speed, acceleration and turning ang le of the chain wheel. By controlling Δ (Δ is a small distance between theoret ical moving locus of roll and realizable moving locus), motion of chain is made smooth.
