摘要
对含间隙的凸轮分度机构动力学模型进行了深入研究 ,建立了计及间隙与阻尼等多种影响因素的凸轮分度机构非线性动力学方程 ,并采用 GEAR方法进行了求解计算 ,经与实验测试结果分析比较 。
In this paper, a dynamic model for an indexing cam mechanism with clearance is established, and non-linear dynamic equations for the indexing cam mechanism with consideration of factors such as clearance a nd resistance are developed as well. By adopting the GEAR method as a means of s olving the equation and by comparing with experimental results, the dynamic mode l established in the paper is found to be valid.
