摘要
以L -抗坏血酸和棕榈酸为原料合成了L -抗坏血酸 -6 -棕榈酸酯,在合成过程中 ,将反应温度从20℃提高到24℃ ,W(硫酸)=99%的溶液改变为100% ,在产品收率基本不变的情况下(81 %以上) ,反应时间由48h降到了36h。在精制过程中 ,用氯仿替代乙醚 ,其用量减少20 % ,溶剂回收率提高5 %
L-Ascorbic acid-6-palmitate was synthesized with L-ascorbic acid and palmitic as raw material.In synthesizing process,reaction temperature was raised from 20 ℃ to 24 ℃,and the concentration of sulfuric acid from W(sulfuric acid)=99% to 100%,the time of reaction was reduced from 46 h to 36 h,in the unchangable yield of product(over 81%).When product was refined with amount of chloroform was reduced 20%,chloroform instead of ethylether,and the recovery of solvent was raised 5%.
