国产蘑菇伞形封堵器治疗未闭动脉导管15例报告

Transcatheter closure of patent ductus arteriosus using the homemade nitinol occluder

目的 评价国产蘑菇伞形动脉导管封堵器治疗动脉导管未闭 (PDA)的即刻和早期疗效。方法 15例患者 ,男 4例 ,女 11例 ,平均年龄 2 3± 18(5～ 6 5 )岁。PDA平均最小直径为 4.9(2 .5～ 12 .0 )mm ,应用F7～F9长鞘管输送封堵器。结果 15例患者均获成功。术后 10min动脉造影显示PDA完全堵塞。无并发症。

Objective To assess the immediate and short term results of transcatheter closure of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) using the homemade nitinol occluder (HNO) device. Methods Fifteen patients (4 male, 11 female) underwent transcatheter closure of PDA using the HNO at a mean age of 23 years (range 5 to 65 years). The mean PDA diameter at its narrowest segment was 4.9 mm (range 2.5～12.0 mm). A F7 to F9 long sheath was used for delivery of the HNO. Results The HNO was successfully placed in 15 patients. Angiography showed that 15 patients had complete immediate closure. There were no complications. Conclusion Transcatheter closure using the Chinese nitinol HNO is an effective therapy for patients with PDA.
