摘要
评述了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚生产的主要原料、催化剂选择、工艺过程及乙氧基化反应机理。比较了 不同原料路线的优缺点,通过对反应因素如温度、压力、催化剂加量研究,确定了工艺控制的优化条件。同时 对原料和产品的储运提出了建议。总结出高质量产品生产原则。
The main materials, catalysts selecting, technical routes and mechanisms of ethoxylation reaction about fatty polyoxyethlene ether ( AEO) is described. The different raw materials and processes is compared. By studying the reaction factories such as temperature, pressure, quantity of catalyst, the optimum conditions of processing control is established. The storage/transportation of the raw materials and products is advised, and the manufacturing principle of high quality products is pointed out.
