AlCl_3/D_(72)催化合成渗透剂T的研究

Study on Catalytic Synthesis of Penetrating Agent T by A1Cl3/D_(72)

以顺丁烯二酸酐与 2-辛醇为原料,AlCl_3/D_(72)为催化剂,催化合成渗透剂 T。研究了催化剂的用量,酯化、磺化反应时间,酸醇摩尔比对反应的影响。催化剂能使用多次,催化效果较好。

The penetrating agent T was synthesized from maleic anhydride and 2 - octanol using AlCl3/D72 as cata-lyst. The influences of catalyst dosage, time of esterification or sulphonation, and molar ratio of acid to alcohol on the reaction were studied. AlCl3/D72 catalyst could be repeatedly used and had good catalytic activity.
