摘要
长链二元酸(DCA)是制备香料、热熔胶、工程塑料、高档润滑油等的原料。发酵法生产DCA是生物技术在石化领域的应用。通过诱变筛选高产菌种、优化种子培养和发酵工艺、研究产品的分离与提纯工艺,在连续运转的100t/a工业化试验装置上,发酵法生产DCA的产酸量稳定在140g/L左右,油酸的平均转化率达到73%,DCA的含量≥95%。全国长链二元酸的总生产能力已经接近1000t/a,如果都用来生产香料,将会使市场饱和,因此要加速其它下游产品如服装热熔胶、工程塑料等的工业化进度;另外,还要设法进一步降低DCA成本。
Long-chain dicarboxylic acids (DCA) is a raw material of flavor, hot melt adhesive, engineering plastics and high quality lubricants. The fermentation to produce DCA is the application of biotechnology in the petrochemical field. Through mutating and screening high yield strains, optimizing seed culture and fermentation process and studying separation and purification processes of product, in the continuous commercial test unit with a capacity of 100t/a, the quantity of DCA is stabilized at about 140g/l with an average conversion rate of oleic acid at 73% , and the content of DCA is or exceeds 95%. The national DCA capacity is almost 1000t/a in China. If all of the products are used to produce flavor, it will lead the market to saturate. The commercialization of other downstream products such as hot melt adhesive used for garments and engineering plastics should be accelerated. Moreover, efforts should be made to cut the production cost of DCA.
