镁砂细粉含量对铝镁质浇注料性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 研究了镁砂细粉含量对MgO -SiO2 -H2 O系结合的矾土基铝镁浇注料的流动性、常温物理性能及抗渣性的影响。结果表明 :随镁砂细粉含量的增加 ,浇注料烘后强度增加 ,但过多的镁砂细粉又使强度下降 ;随镁砂细粉含量的增加 ,浇注料的抗渣性逐渐恶化 ,特别是抗渣渗透性下降严重。 Flowability,physical properties at room temperature and slag resistance of bauxite based Al 2O 3-MgO castables bonded by the MgO-SiO 2 -H 2 O system with different content of magnesia powder were investigated.The results show that the cold crushing strength and modulus of rupture of castables increase with magnesia powder content increasing from 3a to 5a,and decrease when magnesia powder content is from 6a to 7a.The permanent linear change after treated at different temperatures (1100 ℃,1400 ℃, 1600 ℃) increases,but the strength decreases and the structure of the samples tend to be loose.After treated at 1600 ℃ for 3 h, the sample with 5a magnesia powder exhibits a micro expansion.With the content of magnesia powder increasing from 3a to 4a,the penetration of slag in the sample is not observed,but it is very obvious when the content of magnesia powder is up to 5a.
