众多的工业控制都涉及端口的读写，本文针对Windows98中设备驱动程序编写这一问题介绍了Windows98的保护模式及中断机制，阐述了在Windows98下，数据采集卡驱动程序的核心技术——中断VxD编程方法，并给出了借助VtoolsD工具运用C＋＋ builder 编写处理数据采集卡硬件中断的程序实例。
