摘要
将两种若丹菁染料直接键合在抛光的单晶锗表面 ,对键合有若丹菁的锗片进行了激光Raman光谱及XPS谱分析 ,结果表明 ,两种染料通过锗氧键共价键合于锗表面。键合有染料的n 型锗片的In(Pt) /染料 /n Ge器件具有整流作用 ,应用染料分子的半波电位计算所得的染料分子能级 。
A new chemical method was set forth in this work .Two rhodacyanines were bound covalently on the polished surface of Monocrystalline germanium .The Raman spectra and XPS showed that the two Photosensitive dyes were bound to the germanium surface through Ge-O bond. The photosensitive dyes binding germanium wafers In/dye /n Ge had the rectified character.The energy levels of the dyes were caculated using the half wave potential of the dyes and gave a satisfactory explanation to the mechanism of the dye sensitization.
