摘要
研究了聚酸性铬蓝K膜修饰电极在水溶液中的电化学行为及其对多巴胺 (DA)的电催化性能。结果表明 ,催化电流与多巴胺的浓度在 1× 10 -61× 10 -3mol·l-1范围内有线性关系 ,检测限为 8× 10 -8mol·l-1。
The electrochemical polymerization of acid chrome blue K(ACBK) on glassy carbon electrode forms ACBK film electrode The electrochemical behaviour of this electrode in aqueous solutions has been investigated It can perform perfect catalytic oxidation to dopamine(DA),make the oxidation peak potential of DA shift negatively nearly 400 mV The catalytic current is proportional to the concentration of DA in the range of 1×10 -6 ~1×10 -3 mol·l -1 and the detection limit can reach 8×10 -8 mol·l -1 The ACBK film modified electrode system is stable enough to be applied to quantitative analysis of practical samples
