摘要
以TiOSO4为原料 ,制备了纳米TiO2 粉末 ,经 5 0 0℃热处理后 ,XRD研究表明其为锐钛矿型TiO2 ;经TEM电镜观察 ,其粉末粒径大约为 10nm左右 .采用粘结剂法在玻璃板涂敷一层TiO2 粉末 ,以甲基橙为研究对象 ,紫外灯为光源 ,研究了催化剂用量、甲基橙初始浓度、初始溶液 pH值。
Nanocrystalline TiO2 made from TiOSO4 was studied by XRD and TEM. TiO2 is proved to be titanic oxide at the annealing temperature of 500°C, the average size of TiO2 particles is about 10 nm. TiO2 powder was immobilized on a glass-plate using adhesive and then dried in air at 50°C. The photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange in water was studied in photoreactor with UV lamp as light source and titanic oxide on the glass-plate as catalyst. The effects of the concentration of methyl orange, pH value, the amount of catalyst and the light intensity were also investigated.
