摘要
对中低速渐开线直齿齿轮机构稳定运行时齿轮副传递的有效功与齿间摩擦系数、齿数及中心距有限增量等有关参数的关系进行了分析和研究 ,导出一组可直接确定中低速齿轮副效率的方程组。由该方程组所显示的关系可知 ,齿轮副效率不仅直接与齿间摩擦系数有关 ,而且还随齿数、传动比及中心距有限增量等参数变化而变化。
This paper discusses the relationships between the effective work transferred by the gear pair in the involute spur gear drive unit during stable operation and parameters as the friction coefficient between teeth,tooth numbers and center distance increment coefficient,and derives a group of equations by which the efficiency of the medium or low speed gear pair can directly be determined.The mathematic relationships shown in the group of equations indicate the efficiency of the gear pair is not only relative to the friction coefficient between teeth,but also varies with the changes in such parameters as the tooth numbers,transmission ratio and center distance increment coefficient
