摘要
试图重新思考长期以来形成的由政府将风景名胜区事业作为“公益事业”运作的模式。讨论了在市场经济条件下 ,利用非行政手段经营风景名胜区 ,从而最大限度地保护国家风景资源的可能。
Based on the mode managing the landscaping and historical areas as the public welfare by the government in the past years, this paper brings a new idea to make this mode into a commercial one from administration, in the end to protect this kind of national natural resource to maximum.
