摘要
从我国城市规划行政强制执行制度的现状、我国行政强制执行的基本法律制度出发 ,对城市规划执法中的行政强制制度进行探讨 ,试图建立遏制违法建设的有效机制。
Based on the analysis to the status quo of the planning administration enforcement system and the basic legislation system for administration enforcement, this paper discusses the administration enforcement system in the practice of urban planning implementation and puts forward some suggestion towards the establishment of an effective mechanism to stop illegal developments.
