The paper introduces. The technology of using 80C196KC as micro-controller to realize automatic weighing and mixture materials with the magnetic plate. and presents the structural scheme of the apparatus and working principle, hardware circuits and idea of software designing emphatically. The circuit of controlling data acquisition and the trigger circuit of SCR are described in detail.
