摘要
近红外光谱组织血氧检测技术可实现生物组织氧代谢的无创、连续、实时监测 ,具有广泛的应用前景。由于光在生物组织中的散射行为 ,近红外光谱组织血氧检测结果的定量问题一直是这一技术能否得到广泛应用的一个关键。文章从近红外光谱组织血氧定量检测技术的理论基础和具体演算方法两方面总结至今所提出的各种算法 ,分析各种算法的特点和相应的局限性 。
