摘要
在对影响摆线针轮行星传动减速器可靠性的各种因素进行深入研究的基础上，针对国 产减速器的故障失效的条件和原因，建立了一套适应于国产各类摆线减速器的现场可靠性评价体系，并对 实际产品进行了考核，考核体系比较客观地反映产品的可靠性水平，并为工厂产品改进提供了方向。
： Having deeply studied on the different influence factors and analysed the invalid reasons and characteristics, the evaluating system of reliability is found by which the reliability of the cycloid speed reducers can been checked up, the evaluating results are reasonable and the product quality can also been further improved through examination to the cycloid speed reducers in use.
