摘要
三峡船闸与国内外已建船闸相比,具有闸门淹没水深大、运行工况复杂等特点。若采用成熟 的启闭设备形式和设计方法,将大大增加设备规模和相应的制造安装难度,并会直接影响到 船闸的运行安全与可靠性。在国家重大科技攻关中,通过深入计算分析和物理模型试验,对 三峡船闸启闭设备进行选型;闸门动水阻力矩比较,对启闭设备总成、机构以及液压系统的 设计和运行方式进行优化。重点解决了一些关键技术问题,为船闸安全运行创造了条件。
:Three Gorges permanent locks are characterized by their complicated operational conditions and great submergence of the gates and valves,compared with existing locks of home and abroad If some ripe types and design methods of the hoist equipment are adopted, the scale of the equipment and the difficulty in its manufacture and installation will increase, and the operational safety and reliability will be affected In tackling key scientific and technical problems on the hoist equipment for Three Gorges permanent locks, extensive computation, analysis and physical mode tests are conducted to select the type of the hoist machines, compare the hydrodynamic drag moments of the lock gates and optimize the integration and mechanism of the hoist equipment, the design and operation mode of the hydraulic drive system Some key technical problems are emphatically solved, creating favorable conditions for safe operation of the locks.
