This paper takes an all around test to the crack in the concrete foundation of the Luo huai high voltage line iron towers. Reasons that dle crack appeared were analyzed from the viewpointof construction, material, design and environment. The repairing and reinforcing medlods were alsoprovided in this paper. 〔
