摘要
本文介绍了水下不分散混凝土在秦山核电站三期海上取水口稳管工程中的应用情况。论述了根据工程对混凝土强度、水灰比、泵送及塌落度保持时间等要求和现场作业条件对水下不分散混凝土絮凝剂和新拌混凝土性能的研制和改进过程。同时在综合考虑塑性混凝土的材料特点和施工方法的基础上 ,对混凝土拌合物的流动性和水下抗分散性的矛盾平衡及兼顾作了讨论。

The article introduces the experiment procedure and usage of non dispersible underwater concrete in China Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant.According to the requirement of concrete comprehensive strength,water cement ratio,pump placing and slump retention and the filed circumstances,the improving process of anti washout admixture is discussed.In the meantime,considering the unique performance of the non dispersible concrete and pouring method,concrete flowability and anti washout property were both attended and balanced. 〔
