低温核供热系统最佳投资临界值的确定

摘要 应用系统工程的理论和方法,将热源、热网、热用户做为一个整体,使其技术和经济指标最佳.文中将所述模型归纳为一个有产量约束、多地点、多设备、不同原料、同一产品的工厂选址及其中设备的最优配置问题.在保证供热系统最优的前提下,建立了供热站投资临界值的判断标准,以核供热为例,给出了核供热站投资临界值及所对应有机燃料价格临界值的定义和求解方法. In this paper, the theory and the method of system engineering are applied. As a whole, nuclear heating system consists of heat sources, networks and consumers. In order to make Technical and Economical norms be optimum, an optimum mathematics model is proposed, this model is summarized into a problem of optimal location of site selection and equipment distribution with restrained output, multi-source, multi-facility, multi-raw-matericl, single-produce. Under circumstance of guaranteeing nuclear heating system optimum,ajudged standard of critical investment of nuclear heating station is established. The definition and solution of the critical value of fossil fuel price and the corresponding investment of nuclear heating station are given.
