摘要
本文给出了圆柱螺旋弹簧优化设计的一种新算法——线性规划算法.圆柱螺旋弹簧优化设计数学模型是一种约束非线性规划模型,经过本文提出的线性变换,该模型可转换成一个纯粹的线性规捌模型.数值计算结果表明,此法不但收敛速度快、精度高、可靠性好,而且还具有程序结构简单,能获得全局最优解等特点,是弹簧优化设计的一种实用方法.
In this paper, a new linear programming algorithm of optimization design for cylindrical spiral spring is introduced. The mathematical models of optimization design for the spring is a nonliner programming models. The author converts it into model of linear programming by the aid of a linear conversion. Results show that it is featured by advantages such as good convergence at high speed, higher accuracy, better reliability, and simple program construction. It is more practical optimal design method.
