摘要
从保定市商品住宅价格构成入手,对各个构成因素进行了分析,提出通过合理核定地价,控制建造成本,调整税收,清理各种不合理摊派等措施,以达到降低商品住宅价格,减轻消费者负担的目的.
The price components of commodity residence of Baoding city and their influcial factors are analyzed in this article, it is proposed that by means of checking the land price, controlling the cost of construction, adjusting the tax, cleaning up every illegitimate fee, we can decline the price of commodity residence, and decrease the consumers' burden.
