摘要
本文给出了分析保持架强度的三维有限元模型,并对7815E轴承保持架做了分析计算,给出了保持架的可能破坏部位.基于分析计算结果,提出了优化结构进而增加轴承承载能力的可行途径.
This atricle gives a three-dimensional finite element model for analysing cage-structural strength. The cage of bearing 7815E is calculated and analysed, and the potential damage position is determined. Based on the results of analysis and computation, the paper inquires into the approach to structural optimizition of the cage and then proceeds to enhance the loading capacity of the bearing. cage.
