摘要
从目前建筑工程中土建与水暧电卫各工种之间配合上存在的问题入手,对社会监理工作中存在的不足和问题进行了容观的分析,提出了完善监理机制,提高施工质量等方面的建设性意见.
Starting with some problems in teamwork between building and water, heating, electricity, and sanitation that exist in construction of architectural engineering presently, this paper analyses objectively some scarcities and problems that exist in supervision presently. It is discussed how to improve supervision mechanism, assure engineering quality and promote standardization of supervision in our country.
