匀速旋转之圆轴的纵向裂纹应力强度因子

摘要 本文对匀速旋转之圆轴纵向穿透直线裂纹的应力强度因子,用复变函数方法进行了讨论,得到了应力强度因子的一般表示式和近似式,并计算了大量的应力强度因子之值。计算结果表明。在广大范围内,由近似式计算的中、小裂纹的应力强度因子之值,与其精确值相比,相差甚微,因而可用于实际工程计算。 In this paper the stress-intensity factors of a longitudinal linear crack in an uniformly rotating circular shaft are investigated by the complex variable methods. The general and approximate formulas of stress-intensity factors are obtained and a great number of their values are calculated. The results show that comparing the values of stress-intensity factors calculating from the approximate formulas for middle and small cracks in a wide region with their accurate values, the differences are very small. And the approximate formulas may be used for practical engineering calculation.
