摘要
我国房地产金融的发展 ,是伴随着改革开放的深入 ,随着城市住宅制度与土地制度的改革 ,而逐步发展起来的。但总的看来 ,我国的房地产金融发展水平仍然十分低下 ,发展速度缓慢 ,在一定程度上阻碍了房地产业的进一步发展。旧的房地产金融体制已经越来越不适应房地产金融发展的需要 ,房地产金融发展的出路就在于加快房地产金融的创新。
In China, the development of real estate finance has been following the farther reformation and carrying out the open-door policy, the reformation of urban residence system and land system. But in general, this development has remained at low level and slow speed. In a certain degree, the development of real estate finance has hindered the development of real estate itself. The old real-estate finance system has not been suited to the development of the present real estate finance. The fundamental way out lies in bringing forth the new in the quickening development of real estate finance.
