The Definition, Characteristics and Forming Factors of Network Organization

网络组织作为一种新型的组织形式，已成为理论界研究的热点问题，也涌现出大量的研究文献，但综观国内外的研究，尚未对网络组织的内涵、特征与构成要素等基本问题作出统一而明确的回答。本文在综合已有研究成果的基础上，对网络组织的本质内涵进行了科学界定，并总结分析了其基本特征与构成要素。

As a new form of organization, the network organization (NO) has become a heating topic in theory world, and a large amount of research works has sprung up. But when it comes to the studies on this field both in and outside world, the basic question such as the definition, characteristics and forming factors of NO have not been answered yet. This paper aims at defining the scientific meaning of NO, analyzing the characteristics and the forming factors of NO, based on the present studies.
