本文实验研究了车用氧化催化剂浸渍法制备工艺中浸渍液浓度和浸渍次数对转化率的影响。研究表明 ,增大浸渍浓度和增加浸渍次数都有利于提高负载量 ,低浓度时增大浸渍液浓度效果更显著 ,当浓度超过一定限度 ,浓度的增大对转化率贡献不大 ,浸渍次数一般以2~
The influences of concentration of dipping solution and dipping time on conversion rate of automotive catalyst were studied.Experimental results showed that increase in concentration of dipping solution and dipping time can help increase loading of the catalyst;this effect is evident in low concentration range;when the concentration exceeds certain value,increase in concentration has little contribution to increase in conversion.Appropriate dipping time shall be two or three.
