Condition Research on First-Step Reaction of Preparing Potassium Sulfate from Phosphogypsum Conversion

通过正交试验对磷石膏转化法生产硫酸钾第一阶段反应过程中的影响因素进行研究 ,通过极差分析 ,确定过程的适宜工艺条件 :反应温度 5 0℃ ,反应时间 2 0min ,固液比 0 .7,配料比(SO4 2 - ∶2NH4 + ) =1∶1 .

A technical conditions for the first step reaction of preparing potassium sulfate from phosphogypsum conversion by orthogonal test is investigated. By experiment and calculation , the optimum technical conditions for the reaction were as follows: reaction temperature 50 ℃, reaction time 20 min,the ratios of solid to liquid 0.7, burden ratios(SO 4 2- ∶2NH 4 +)=1∶1.2.
