摘要
提出了一种新的精确测量小电阻的方法。通过介绍用脉冲电流测量小电阻的优点，引出了脉冲法测量电阻的装置的硬件和软件设计，并分析了该装置的性能。
：This paper proposed a new method of exact measurement of small resistance． Through showing the advantage of using pulse current to measure the resistance the measing device is proposed and the hardware and software design with its properties was discussed in detail．
