Synthesis of Alkyl 1-Aryl-1,4-Dihydro-4-Oxo-6-Methylpyridazine-3-Carboxylates

为探索哒嗪酮羧酸酯的简便合成方法 ,通过亚磷酸二烷基酯与 1-芳基 - 1,4 -二氢- 4 -氧 - 6 -甲基哒嗪 - 3-羧酸 (摩尔比为 2∶ 1)在 12 0～ 130℃下共热 4 h,得到 7个收率 6 3%～85%的哒嗪酸烷基酯。

In order to get a convenient method for preparation of pyridazinone carboxylate, 1 aryl 1,4 dihydro 4 oxo 6 methyl pyridazine 3 carboxylic acids have been converted to alkyl esters in good yieds by heating them with dialkyl phosphite at 120~130 ℃ for 4 h.
