锌铝合金铸件因加工出现表面缺陷 ,如冷纹、缩孔 ,锌铝两性金属具有特殊性。介绍锌铝合金逐渐电镀加工流程和配方 。
Surface defections, such as wrinkles, shrink holes often exist in casting of zinc-aluminum alloy casts, and zinc-aluminum has amphoteric particularity. In order to improve the electroplate quality, new electroplating procedure, formula of zinc-aluminum alloy cast as well as operating hints were introduced.
