常温固化聚氨酯介电灌封胶

Curing dielectric filling polyurethane at ambient temperature

合成了常温固化聚氨酯介电灌封胶 ,并考察了多元醇用量、异氰酸酯基含量、增塑剂用量、阻燃剂用量对其性能的影响。结果表明 ,三元醇用量为聚醚多元醇的 2 0 %～ 40 % ,异氰酸酯基质量分数为 2 .3 %～ 3 .0 % ,增塑剂和阻燃剂等添加剂占反应物总量的 40 %～60 %时得到的灌封胶性能较好。

Rtcured dielectric filling polyurethane is synthesised.The effects of the amount of polylydric alcohol,plasticizer,and flame retardant,and the content of isocyanate on the property of this polyurethane are surveyed.The results show that as the amount used of trihydric alcohol account for 20～60 percent,the content of isocyauate is 2.3～3.0 precent.and the amount of additives account for 40～60 percent,the property of the product obtained is better.
