摘要
实验研究往复式振动筛板塔 (内径D =0 .0 4 1m ;塔高Z =0 .895m)液液萃取的流体力学及传质性能 .探讨了筛板的振动频率和振幅对分散相液滴的直径 ,分散相的持液量及传质单元高度的影响 .基于实验数据给出估算分散相液滴的直径、分散相的持液量的关联式及传质单元高度的计算式 ,并与实验数据进行比较 ,其相对误差小于 2 %
The hydrodynamic and mass transferring characteristics in reciprocating sieve plate extraction column have been studied. The working system is kerosene benzoic acid water. The Sauter mean diameter of droplets, dispersed phase hold up and height of mass transport unit are studied respectively. The correlations of the experimental results have been given.The relative errors were less than 2%.
