摘要
研究了pH值及PAA对BaTiO3 水悬浮液稳定性的影响。结果表明 ,由于Ba2 + 在低pH值条件下的溶解 ,使BaTiO3 粉体的等电点比化学计量的BaTiO3 等电点小 ,为pH =6 .4。当PAA的加入量一定时 ,悬浮液的稳定性随pH值的增加而增加。而在一定的pH值条件下 ,存在一个PAA的最佳加入量 。
The stability of aqueous BaTiO 3 suspensions as a function of pH and polyacrylic acid(PAA)was studied.The BaTiO 3 powder was found to have an isoelectric point at pH=6.4,which is smaller than that of the stoichiometric BaTiO 3,because of the dissolution of Ba 2+ ions.For a constant PAA concentration,the stability of aqueous BaTiO 3 suspensions increases as pH value increases.The optimum amount of PAA required to stabilize the BaTiO 3 suspension at a given pH value decreases as pH value increase.
