Function mechanism of homogenizing-dispersing agent

研究了NR/BR/SBR三元共混体系中均匀－分散剂的作用机理。结果表明，与大分子及填料亲和性好的化学基团的选择及配比是研制均匀－分散剂的关键。由于均匀－分散剂的渗透、吸附及内润滑作用，减小了不同橡胶间粘度、极性和表面张力的差别，达到了快速融合、分散、掺混均匀的效果。

The function mechanism of homogenizing-dispersing agent in NR/BR/SBR was researched. The results showed that choice and compounding ratio of chemical functional group having affinity with polymer and filling was the key to develop the homogenizing-dispersing agent. Owing to penetration, absorption, and internal lubrication, the homogenizing-dispersing agent filled in rubber compound reduced the difference of viscosity, polarity, surface tension in dissimilar rubbers, and accelerated interfusion, dispersing, homogeneous mixing.
