溶胶-凝胶法制备SnO_2薄膜的研究

SnO_2 Coating Prepared by Sol-Gel Processing

利用金属醇盐以溶胶 凝胶方法制备In掺杂SnO2 薄膜 ,并用正交试验法系统地研究各种因素对溶胶稳定性和薄膜成膜性的影响 .研究表明 :溶液配比、加水量、催化剂是制备良好成膜性溶胶的关键因素 ,适当的稀释倍数对抑制膜层开裂有明显作用 .

Indium doped Tindioxide transparent conductive coating were prepared by sol gel method starting from alkoxide compositions. The effect of different parameters on the quality of coating and gel time of sol is studied by an orthogonal method.Concentration, water content and catalyst are key factors as drying control chemical additive and appropriate dilution time has an apparent effect on crack control. The conductivity was improved obviously by implanting In\+\{3+\} into tin dioxide coating.
