摘要 复配一种复合型高粘原油降粘剂 ,主要由丙烯酰胺、马来酸酐、苯乙烯、十八醇共聚物组成 ,研究反应物配比、加剂量对降粘效果的影响 .在 5 0℃、剪切速率为 1 0 0s- 1条件下 ,对粘度为5 5 0 0mPa·s的高粘原油进行测试 ,结果表明 :降粘剂加入 0 .5 %时 ,粘度下降 5 7.5 % . A compound type of vicious reductant for highly vicious crude oil, which was composed of acrylamide, maleic anhydride, styrene and octadecanol, was prepared ,The influence of the ratio of reaction mass to viscous reductant and the quantity of viscous reductant on reducing viscosity effect was studied . Under the operational conditions of temperature 50 ℃ and the shearing rate 100 s\+\{-1\},highly viscous crude oil which has viscosity of 5 500 mPa·s was measured .The result showed that the viscosity decreased by 57.5 percent when the quantity of 0.5 percent vicious reductant was added to the highly viscous crude oil. This viscous reductant prepared had a good effect of decreasing viscosity.
