以吡咯烷酮为起始原料进行成盐、缩合、氨化试验 ,考察影响收率的工艺因素。产品总收率达 6 5 %以上 ,成品含量 99.9%以上 ,缩合收率达 81%。在确定工艺参数时 ,应充分考虑吡咯烷酮及其中间体的物理化学性质 ,同时发现 。

The condensation and ammonification tests is proceed by using pyrrolidone as the start material. The effect of technical factor on the yield is observed. The total yield is greater than 65%, the content of the product is greater than 99.9% and the yield of condensation is 81% . The physical property and chemical property of pyrrolidone and the intermedium should be full think over when the technical parameters was decided,it was also discovered that the speed of the stirrer is a important factor which has influence over the yield of the product.
