摘要
本文在研制成功的“离合器摩擦元件动态性能试验台”(专利号 :ZL932 2 5 2 98.2 )上 ,按国家标准 GB/T1 5 1 41 - 94《湿式离合器摩擦元件试验方法》对不同表面沟槽的铜基粉末治金摩擦片进行了试验和分析研究 ,得到了七种典型摩擦片表面沟槽的摩擦特性曲线以及对动态特性的影响 ,获得的研究结果可供离合器设计时参考 ,并为进一步深入研究打下了基础。
In this paper, the copper based sinter materials, friction disks with different surface groove are anlyzed, which is on “The dynamic performance testing stard” (patent No. ZL 9322529812), and it's according to the standard GB/T151494《The testing methods of the wet clutch friction elements》. These serven friction characteristic curves of the typical friction surface grooves and it's influence on the dynamic characteristics are attained. During the clutch design the results are used. And it's lay the foundations for deep going researches.
