摘要
本文利用基于接触面的罚函数算法,通过有限元数值计算方法对双金属密封结构进行了数值模拟分析。文中模拟了双金属密封系统在装配和工作过程中的应力变化过程,仿真分析过程中考虑了设计变量、摩擦系数、工艺参数的影响,对双金属密封结构设计、装配有一定的指导意义。
Based on the contact - face penalty function method, bimetal face seal is digitally simulated and analyzed by FEM. The stress variation of bimetal face seal system in assemblage and working is simulated. During the simulation analysis, design variable, friction coefficient and technical parameter are considered , with having a certain and instrultive meaning for the design and assemblage of bimetal face seal system .
