摘要
用销-盘实验机研究了Teflon固体润滑涂层在高速(5.6m/s)、重载(初始接触应力400MPa)条件下的摩擦磨损性能.结果表明该涂层不仅具有很低的摩擦系数(0.08~0.09),而且耐磨性也较好,磨损率与渗碳钢处在同一数量级.
The tribological properties of Teflon layer under high speed (5.6m/s) and high pressure (400MPa) were studied on pin-on-disk tester. The results demonstrate low friction-coefficient of 0.08-0.1, and high wear-resistant ability, which is at the same grade as that of carbonized steel.
