摘要 利用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了几种有机铜盐的抗磨减摩特性,采用扫描电子显微镜观察了磨痕形貌。研究结果表明,几种有机铜盐使200SN基础油的抗磨减摩性能显著提高。说明有机铜盐不但是一种好的抗氧剂,而且是优秀的抗磨减摩剂。 The effect of several organic copper salts as additives on the tribologioal behaviors of 200SN base oil was studied with a four-ball machine. The worn surfaces were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results show that several organic copper salts are effective in improving anti-wear and reducing-friction properties of 200SN. Organic copper salts are anti-oxygen additives, especially is a kind of anti-wear and reducing-friction additives.
